Didn't live up to its potential, and that just doesn't cut it when you're working a throwback title like this one. Jeffrey Dean Morgan works rather well, but Sedgwick sucks the life out of every scene...
Worth it for Tom Hardy, but it bogs down in its own attempt to get more from the story than is actually there.
A great idea that doesn't quite get anywhere, and goes too hard for it's bullying message. Still, it's fun, and the younger crowd will enjoy it.
Slow and calculating vs. the franchise's swift and methodical base, The Bourne Legacy is a lot of fun, but fans aren't likely to get quite what they expect.
Finally some disagreement! Listen in for our review.
We take a break from summer films, and just look at summer films. It's been an odd year.
For all that we differed, we weren't far off in our ratings (as usual). A fun and layered end to Nolan's trip with Batman, but one with a few problems.
It's only 1 star because 1/2 isn't an option. A deplorable film that is so far lost its cornball speech that it ultimately has nothing to say at all.
A fine enough slice of action entertainment, but it's so weighed down with minor issues that they add up to a lack of fun.
