It’s Time To Gear Up For Star Trek

A new Star Trek movie is right around the corner, so there is hardly anything more certain than that this means we are in store for a zillion new ways to geek out over the franchise. But, while you can expect to see far more plastic figurines, bobbleheads, and plush Enterprises (well… no, wait, I’ll take one of those actually), there are also some very interesting items already hitting that are aimed at slightly more refined tastes.

The hype around a Star Trek movie is undeniable, and so is the marketing for the movie. The various merchandise that is introduced in the market around the time of release for these franchise motion pictures are not only good but also expensive in contrast to other items of the same genre. Personalized bobbleheads were one-of-a-kind merchandise but have now been reduced to a unique gift that one can give someone.
There is also apparel that is launched with franchise movies such as Star Trek. Hoodies, t-shirts, caps, beanies, pajamas, you name it and it is available! The publicity for the movie and revenues are usually generated from these items that are sold in exclusivity to the company or the franchise.

Well, again… I suppose pajamas are just pajamas.

At any rate, here are a few cool items to get you started on your Trek shopping. Getting that tunic might set you back, but you will make up for it by wearing it everywhere. And undeniably, you would be the talk of the streets!
