RU? Instant Reaction Review Podcast Ep. 126 – Horrible Bosses Review

Horrible Bosses 2 was so fantastic that we spent at least half the show answering listener questions about the Star Wars trailer, which makes us nervous.

horrible-bosses-2

We also ran for a while on the idea of the user ratings from various sites, and the extent to which they are perhaps skewed in cases such as this movie, because you had to agree to show up for this one in order to rate it… theoretically.

The most interesting thing to talk about here was contractual obligation, and it was more of a letdown than it might seem, because we are both on board for giving anything with Jason Bateman a chance, and we didn’t actually have horrible expectations for this one… not great expectations maybe…

We were meant to cover Foxcatcher as well, which we ultimately both liked to a fair degree, but we hadn’t both seen it by airtime.
