Most Anticipated Movies Of 2017 And Why They Should Be Worth Your Time

The Lobster Movie

For some people (possibly even me), The Killing of a Sacred Deer might actually be the most anticipated movie of the year. For others, like those who saw The Lobster get nominated for an Academy Awards and thought, “what the hell is that?” you’re just going to have to trust me. The next movie by Yorgos Lanthimos is likely to be a winner as this genius of filmcraft and storytelling moves closer and closer to the attention he deserves.

This one brings back Colin Farrell, and also stars Nicole Kidman and Alicia Silverstone. All we know so far is that there is a teenager, a dysfunctional family, and a surgeon. Combining these three things apparently takes an unexpected turn, and with Lanthimos, that could mean absolutely anything.
