X-Men: Apocalypse has released another trailer, and this one focuses a lot more on the fact that there are just a ton of mutants in this film. We get to see Nightcrawler, slightly more of Angel, get to see Storm standing on the wrong side of things, and a lot more.

2016 is going to be a year that is often discussed in the future as the year that all the comics in the universe got together to throw heroes at each other and focus on the plague of the overly powerful. In line with the basic premise of both Batman v Superman and Captain America: Civil War, it’s starting to feel like everyone with a comic got together and decided the world had a pressing need to address an issue.

The trailer shows off some key moments, pays less attention to Apocalypse, and makes it look like we’re in store for quite the massive destruction. If Superman’s universe has some complaints over the destruction caused by superhero battles, the fallout here is really going to cause some problems for mutants.

You know what you don’t see in this trailer? Rogue. In a battle for the fate of the world, against a mutant who is practically a God, we’ve assembled every X-Man to make a film appearance, and some new ones that you don’t really see in the trailers, but where’s our friendly mutant who can steal other mutants powers? Oh, she is conveniently not appearing in this one, because well… no movie.

May 27th is closer than you think, so start getting excited now, and see if you can manage to catch everything in this sometimes frantic trailer.
